Split AVI way too big for VCD!!

Ok I have a movie that I split in 2 parts. It is an AVI file both parts are about 59 minutes long. When I open up TPMGEnc it says the file is way to big to encode (like 1500MB finished) What is up with that?

The audio is VBR... Could that be the problem? I am using NTSC encoding at a 16:9 aspect ratio

I guess you've decided that your screen name is more important than your questions and/or responses...

@ setarip: whats that all about

@skd_tech: just lower the video bitrate in tmpgenc and youll get a smaller size for the movie.
