TMPGEnc GOP Structure
I am converting a video from 320 x 240 to VCD. I'd like to know what exactly GOP structures etc are.
What values should I assign I P B? or do I leave them as defaults?
Is it best to use the 'Force Picture Type Setting' and select Auto?
