real player to mpeg prob.

hey, can someone help me out here??
i converted a real player file to mpeg1 using EO Video and the sound is crakeling.. it pops and snaps!! the picture turned out just fine, just the audio is bad!!
dose anyone know of another tool i can use or what i may be doing wrong?

What version of Real Player that you have ? Cause some new audio format had been released by Real Audio and can only be hear well on Real One player only. I had similar problem but I can fix it by upgrading my Real Audio player. Actually, EOVideo just used Real audio engine that had been installed. So I suggest you to upgrade your real audio player.

I had EOvideo and using the latest Real One player. No problem converting RM files.

yeah, i'll have to chesk to see that i have the latest version from real player. i use EO Video as well so maby that's the prob.

hate to be a nag... i do have the latest version. they still come out sounding bad also do you know anything about a program called tinra? i d/led and unzipped it but it won't open. should i uninstall it and try again??
