DVD2SVCD Ripping not working

Hey I am trying to rip Runtelldat and I will unlock the DVD using WinDVD Platinum then when it starts to rip it just goes one after the other and the ripping process is done in about 4 seconds. As you know these files don't work. What can I do about it

Have you previously successfully used DVD2SVCD, or is this your first attempt?

Have you successfully played the DVD from start to finish, without error?

This is about my 3rd time using DVD2SVCD everything worked fine before. I just kinda went around it though. I ripped it successfully with DVD Decryptor.

Yes the DVD would play from begining to end
