    Asdpect Ratio in TMPGEnc

I'm about to start a small project which requires video clips to be placed in frames. Final output will be a simulated wall of an art gallery but in place of pics, there will be movie clips. The problem is some of the clips I will get will be .mov 240x320. (effectively 3:4) The final video will have an output resolution of 720x540 (4:3). I need to constrain the aspect ratio of the mov files so that they will remain at 3:4 within the 4:3 output frames. I can do this in Premiere (it fills each side of the 3:4 clip with black), but I was hoping to do a direct conversion in TMPGEnc. I checked to see if it will convert and provide the option of maintaining A.R. but in every suitable output I looked at the output AR is fixed (greyed out). Anybody know of a way round this - without having to go a round about route?

Click on the "Load" radio button - and doubleclick on "Unlock.mcf"...
