TMPGEnc jumpy in encoding...

Hi anyone,

I have a little 'problem',
When encoding an avi clip to mpeg1 (vcd) with TMPGEnc and when the camera in the clip is panning (left-right / up-down) the movie gets a little jumpy...
I tryed changing most settings but still get the same jumpy story...
Can someone help?

Set "Motion Search Precision" to "Normal"...

I tried that but still there is a bit of a jitter every 2 secs when panning...I even tried setting it to 'lowest quality'...
Any other clues?

Found a solution...by pumping up the frame rate to 59.94 fps the jerkyness totally disapeard.
Anyway, thanks for your input...
