TMPGEnc (Files>>MPEG Tools>>Simple Demultiplex or Demultiplex), Vobrator, VStrip, and any DVD authoring software that provides for demultiplexing. I'm sure there are many additional programs.

hi if you use smart ripper and select files untick everything that does not have a 1 in its name you will then be left with sumot like this ifo_1

youll see cant think of top of head.

this way you will only get the film and not all the extra crap

for all the files that have extra crap on allready use virtualdub to cut it out.
