I have an XVCD file (KVCD format to be exact) that will not playback on my dvd player even though it DOES support KVCD's, maybe it was made in another way, but anyway...
...i first converted it from the bin file to an .mpg vcd file with VCDGear (with error checking enabled). Then, i cut it to about 10mins (~120MB) with tmpgenc so i can burn it fast on a cd-rw to keep checking if it works (BTW when i loaded the file in the merge/cut box in tmpgenc it automatically recognized it as an "MPEG2 PROGRAM (VBR), that's the problem maybe?). Then, i tried burning the mpeg as a non-standard vcd with nero. And it STILL does not want to play...anyone know what im doing wrong?
