I want to make a SVCD/VCD with an AC3 Soundtrack to keep the sorround sound but whenever i multiplex the file with TMPEnc it doesn't work, if I play it as an file on my computer the sound is there, if I play it on my Standalone DVD player as a file I can choose the sound, if I burn it as a SVCD/CVD = No Sound if I burn it as MiniDVD = No sound, can anybody help me finding a better multiplex program that can place the sound in the correct place since I think that is the problem

I also said I burned it as a MiniDVD and still no sound, my DVD player recognize that it was a MiniDVD but still no sound. If I play it as a file, I have to Select the audio from 10 tracks or something even though it is the only one present

In fact this is almost a no brainer solution - I just had to alter DvdDecryptor setting a teeny tiny bit, and DvdX's a little more (bicubic instead of mmx, and adjust the sizes is all), and just hit GO... 2 to 3 hours later I have a .mpg of Vcd or Svcd format ready for Nero to burn..
I've only ever had one fail yet - Die Another Day seems to have the video mplexed in the vob - after the rip it plays 0-20 minutes, then 15-35, then 30-45, and so on (I'll have to open the mpg in a editing util and cut out the overlaps - I've tried this already, it works, is just slow).|

I've got to admit, I have very little success with tmpeg enc - even the "svcd with vcd header" trick I've seen posted here donna work for me - luck I found out by accident my dvd reads svcd format!! lol AFTER trying the header trick and failing hehehehe
Good luck..|

OK I tried it but it converts the AC3 Track to MP2 how do I make it keep the AC3 and not convert it???
hehe it is nice to have a Player that support it, I had to make it do it by a secret menu it wierd that they just don't make every DVD player support it, at least the cheap ones, My brother, My parents and I have 3 different DVD-Players but they all use the same software, and mine was set to not play SVCD from the beginning.
