Is there a standalone AVI player for sale or, know of any that will be comming to the market sometime soon. If so please respond! Thanks! I would like to know this because I have a few CDs that have AVI video files on them and they only work on my computer and I wanted to play them through my DVD player but that doesnt work. IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN WATCH THEM ON MY TV?

there are two ways you can watch them on tv
1. Buy a Playstation 2 and get it modded, then download the PS2 Reality media player and burn it to CD, that will play avi's
or
2. Buy a Video Card like a Geforce 4 or ATI Radion with TV OUT and hook it up to your TV, so when you play your avi file on your computer, they will play on your TV also
