I am very new to the .vcd concept and have only grasped the very basics so I beg you be patient and helpfull to me
I have been getting some .mpegs and converting to .vcd. Most come out alright but some after I have burned them go a bit choppy and jerky. The footage is mountainbiking and it becomes more obvious during slow-mo scenes. I have no control over the quality of the .mpeg I download but after TMPGEnc it does get a little worse. Is there anything I can do with the .mpeg to smooth it out a bit because the .mpegs are a bit jerky before I start to convert them and is there any other software that will help during the conversion to a Nero (.vcd) burnable file.
Also, how does the burn speed and cd-r quality affect the final product, although I know the issue is arising before I have burned the CD, it happens through TMPGEnc.
All assistance appreciated.
