Prob With Encoding to SVCD

Having a TMPGEnc DVD2Avi VFAPI read error when trying to open a DVD2Avi .d2v file.

Also tried using DVD2SVCD to encode .vob files but seems hang after converting .bmp pictures using TMPGEnc.

Movie: The Bourne Identity

I ripped the movie only files to HDD using DVD Decrypter.

Hardware Specs are:

AMD AthlonXP 2000+
256MB PC2700 RAM
40GB Partitioned to 2 20Gigs
ASUS A7N266-SE Motherboard
Windows XP Home SP1
Latest Drivers and DVD prog versions incl ASPI v4.06

Any help would be much appreciated.
