program for mpg2svcd ??? need HELP

hi there,

i got this movie called requiem for a dream but its not a standard svcd file. as a lot of my friends want this movie as it is a damn good one i've been searchin' 4 a program that can change the pixels and the audio so it can be shown on every hardware dvd player. as a matter of fact none of the programs would work. i tried movie jack, davideo, mediator, blaze media pro 2001, and so on ......

hopefully any of u gues knows a prog that works.

Then what format is it?

its an mpg-file

i guess its a mpeg2-file as it can be played on several hardware dvd-players ... but only few as it can only be burned as a standalone file.
