    Tmpeg problems

I recently bought a Wintv Nova T and I am quite happy with it. I converted my videos to .d2v format using the dvd2avi programme.

When I load my video in to tmpeg set the usual settings and encode my video at the end is out of synch. Although source frame range and all that is not enabled..

Anyone have any other problems like this?

Search this forum for information on synching audio.Often simply de-muxing then re-muxing the audio can fix the problem.

You could try using different capturing software such as iuvcr, virtual vcr, or virtualdub

It wouldnt work Wintv Nova T is free to view and it needs it's own programme to capture.

TMPGEnc's muxing may cause problems, in which case BBMPEG is a good free muxer.
