DivX + sub.srt integrated to VCD (or SVCD)

Is there a way to convert a DivX movie wich integrate a subtitle file "*.srt" to a VCD (or SVCD) and encode the sub in same time on the screen (of course the sub wil be less better because the mpeg-1 compression for the VCD). If there are 2 subs files in the DivX, can we select one of them...
