.tar file i need help

how do i convert this into vcd playable??
its a .tar file and has a bunch of rar files inside..
and i dont know what to do..

Use WinRar open the .tar and .rar files. Extract them to your hdd first.

when i open the .rar it says this this file "blahblah.bin" header is corrupt but recently i have downloaded another .tar file and it said the same tihng so i deleted thinking that it was a bad file.. but this is the 5th file i downloaded and it says that...

do i just ignore that or what?

can soembody just list the step-by-steps for a newbie to understand? like from the .tar to the .rar to the .bin ****.. i have no clue whats going on so be prepared to talk newbie
