DVD2SVCD cut file at 795Mb :(((

I would like to know where I can configure the cutting file, DVD2SVD cut the SVCD File by default at 795Mb, then I get 805Mb at the second part wich I can't burn because the sicze is 711 Mb, I can't overburn at this size, I can only until 708Mb...
Then how I can change the cutting of 795 to 800 ?

if the mpeg2 file that you gained out of dvd2svcd is
a standard svcd mpeg 2 file it is possible to burn
up to 825mb to a normal 700mb cdr using neros
svcd mode....
