splitting mpegs

What software would you recommend to just take a big mpeg file and split it up into smaller files. Basically, I want to load the mpeg into the program, tell it how many smaller clips i want, and have the software split it into smaller files of equal size, i.e. a 100Mb clip into ten 10Mb clips.

As I suggested to you several months ago, use MPEGCutter (MPEG2Cut.exe) or ChopperXP to visually cut your commercial porn flicks into smaller pieces...

(As I recall, back then, you were unwilling to deal with resultant files of this size)
