newbie-please help

trying to encode files to mpeg using tmpgenc,was doing it succesfully but now every time i starrt to encode files after a few mins it stops and without warning closes down my comp.

i have tried everything but now pulling what hair i have left out.

1) Are you possibly running out of hard drive space?

2) If not, reinstall TMPGEnc

thanx m8 for your help but i got plenty of hard drive space left(about 30 gig)and have reinstalled about 10 times.clean out of ideas here so any help welcome.thanx again m8

Is your version of TMPGEnc "other-than-purchased-or-free-trial"?

If so, that may be at the root of your problem...
