    no Sound

    I hav movies and am usin' tmpgenc, but everytime i encode theres no sound aftere the encoding what do i do, i guess ill use a specific movie i hav and post a pic if that'll help

    Do you have AC3-encoding, codecs and all related to that, because those XVID-Streams they have audio coded in AC3-audio from the Dolby Labs.

    My best guess is you are missing some AC3-software.

      Your file definitely contains an .AC3 audiostream ("Unknown tag 2000"):

      In TMPGEnc, under the "Environmental Settings" "VFAPI plugin" tab rightclick on the "Direct Show Multimedia Reader" and increase to the highest priority. This will enable TMPGEnc to accept a properly encoded .AVI with .AC3 audio for input...
