ok here it is, I'm doing the Green Mile and useing TMPGE but it is taking me 11 hours to do this movie!!! Is there a faster and easy program to use because this is bad REALLY BAD!!

the fastest way willbe for you to split the divx or avi file with virtual dub. then close all programs by presing ctrl alt and del.
but leave explorer and systray, what this will do is free up both your memory and cpu usage, therefor giving faster converting times.

That's not really a bad speed considering it's a three hour movie.

Only thign that could decrease the decoding time is increased CPU speed. Since most the the Conversion is basically number crunching, the Faster u are in MHZ/GHZ, the less time it will take.
