    DVD2VCD Error while converting avi to vcd

    Hi;
    I am trying to convert couple of files from Xvid ( avi )to VCD,
    I installed divx codecs, DVD2VCD, TMPGEnc, and VOB_223 for subtitle
    after couple of minutes of converting ( 350mb of xvid file) i get this error:

    the resolution of video is illegal. The window size need to be set between 8*8 and 4088*4088. The width and hight of window needs to be multiple of 8
    .

    I don't know what is wrong, do I have to change the setting and ignore the setting of 352*240?

    to mention,
    there are 4 files for now, that i have tested, all of them in xvid ( avi) format, with seperate subtitle files,
    all of them plays well with subtitle using different players, I have converted 3 of them to VCD using TMPGEnc only and subtitle appears on all 3 , but one file while converting with TMPGEnc, did not show subtitle and I cancel the converting, I have tried many times with no result, even though there is no setting in TMPGEnc for subtitle, I have no idea why one file act this way, anyway I was trying to use dvd2vcd to convert this file to VCD and have subtitle as well, but getting an error,

    I have used VOB223 to change some setting of subtitle and converted the subtitle to another format ( .ass) , and used in dvd2vcd,

    I have studied couple of tutorials on line, and followed tutorial on the below link as well:

    Code:
    http://www.dvdrhelp.com/forum/userguides/128720.php
    anyone know what is wrong?

    appreciate your help

    1) Load the original video file into VirtualDub (or one of its many variants) or NanDub

    2) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "File Information"

    3) Post (here) EVERYTHING you see (BOTH video and audio information), or post a screen capture .jpg of the information box

        1) Your file is NOT encoded with XviD - it is encoded using the 3IVX codec. In order to have TMPGEnc properly interpret the data, download and install the 3IVX codec

        2) Your file appears to be incomplete/corrupt - as the audiostream is indicated to be 2 1/2 minutes shorter than the videostream.

          Hi;
          Thank you for reply;
          I have been away, and came back,
          I have checked the 3ivx codec and is already installed in my computer,

          how can I make sure that TMPGEnc using this 3ivx codec? if this is the case.

          here are some info of one of the file ( which has been converted with subtitle successfully):

          h**p://manou6.tripod.com

          to mention all files showing same info ( except the file size of course ) in Codec Viewer,

          Thanks for reply;

            Again, your file (the first one you posted) appears to be incomplete/corrupt - as the audiostream is indicated to be 2 1/2 minutes shorter than the videostream...
