i dl vcdeasy,then i ran pest patrol, it told me i had a pest (iroffer) which was installed with vcdeasy.

vcd easy will no work without cygwinl.dll which is what is used to spy on my system.
any work around for this

cywin 1.dll is a valid dll used by cdrdao.

Sometime, it can be infected. But you must delete it only if it has got 944 968 bite, not does that if it represent 615 ko.
