SVCD problem

Does anybody download svcd's here?

I have just downloaded The pirates of the Carribean.

But my ptoblem is on my oldest computer he displays the pirates very good (svcd quality).

I have a new computer now and there it looks like a bad form of a divx file... A lot of quality is gone away...

Does anybody knows what the problem is?

Are it codecs that I miss? I have a copple of codecs on my new computer now but he isn't better...

Does anybody know this problem or can help me?
