Tried using FlaskMpeg 0.6....got a file XXXX.m2v
Is this m2v file playable anywhere, and what did I need to do to have gotton the mpeg file instead.
my program was set to have output in bbMPEG
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

You've created a demultiplexed MPEG2 format silent video. I'd suggest you check your settings under the BBMPEG setup to make certain that your end result will be a multiplexed MPEG2 video. (Actually, if I remember correctly, BBMPEG outputs 3 files - the M2V video, an MP2 audio file, and a multiplexed .MPG file. Check your directory)

In answer to your question, the M2V file will play under any software you have installed that's capable of playing MPEG2 files.

Thanks, you were right...those files were in the directory.
I guess I still have a lot to learn!
