mpeg 2 vcd?

Hows it goin guys. Trying to copy an mpeg to cd.
message comes up telling me that the mpeg is not the right
format to make a vcd. is there a program that will decode, or
allow me to copy the mpeg to the cd?

One way is to use TMPGEnc to re-encode the MPG as a VCD MPG. It has a 30 day free trial, and there is a wizard for this very task.
