Converting WAV to MP2

I am trying to convert WAV to MP2. Any recommendations would be helpful. Thanks.

A number of programs can do this. I have used something called HeadAC3he, and I believe you can also do this with GoldWave.

BeSweet is a commandline tool, which combines the most used and through years of usage proofed best Audiotools to convert ac3 wav and mp2 Audio. Use it and hope u have a 32bit wav or you'll have a bad loss in Qulity. 16 bit wavs only support integer to save no floating numbers

BTT: BeSweet beeing a commandline tool is not very comfortable. Make shure u get the BeSweet GUI (Grafical User Interface) that comes seperatly.

Might be u get a version of besweet, wich doesn't contain the used programms. u will need toolame.exe (azid.exe and lame.exe) to use the full power of BeSweet. All Programs are FREEWARE.
