    A/V out of sync

Hi, I am using TMPGEnc 2.02.31.119 with the Video CD(NTSCFilm) template (which suits my AVIs 23.9 frame/sec) to convert DivX AVIs to MPEG. Then I split the MPEG in TMPGEnc and proceed to burn with Nero (using Video CD wizard). I have the right mode (NTSC) selected, but when Nero checks the MPEG I get a "Non-standard compliant message" about using stream encoding which is invalid. If I turn off standard compliance and burn, the result is that I see little video "skips" here and there and the audio/video goes out of sync.

    Can anyone help me?

Hi there, i had a similar problem with an error comming up saying that the VCD i am trying to convert is a non-standard VCD and something about it being a compliant SVCD and do i want to re-encode bla bla bla... I was totally stumped as well, but what i did was use a program called M1-Edit and repacked the MPEG files after cutting with TMPGEnc and it worked. I am not sure what or why for sure this happened so any input would be great.

    Cheers
