rad tools help!!!

i just downloaded rad video tools. when i convert mov to avi the length of the output file is more than ten times the original size. i want to make vcd's but obviously i cannot fit a gig on a cd. is there something i can do to keep the output file closer in size to the original?

Instead, use TMPGEnc, with the QT Reader plugin, to DIRECTLY convert the .MOV to MPEG-1VCD format...
