How do i encode from svcd to mpeg2.
What program can i use?

Use TMPGEnc as follows:

1) File>>MPEGTools>>Merge&Cut

2) Set the mode to MPEG2 (NOT SVCD)

3) Load you file

4) Enter a new filename in "Output"

5) Press the "Run" radio button
