Framrate

Hi Boys/girls!

I woner if anybody knows if there´s a program that can take my 25 fps and convert it to 16 fps.
Why?
Because I have a new Sony DSC-T1 and I whant to reincert my edit movie in to the camera.

Sorry if I didn´t express my selfe. I mean my Mpeg file. Those with the 25 fps. PAL.
