    A/V sync problem! Help plz

    Hey!
I have used DVDx 1.7 to convert DVD --> VCD.
First I got an error saying "auth.dll ...
something", but that I fixed, I don't know
how. Then I tried to encode and I got an
error at about 50% saying that it was a frame
error, and that I had to turn off
    detect/force 24Hz, and I did so.
When it was finished encoding 2nd time I got
an error at the end saying something about
mux rate and that the file maybe would be unable
    to play, but it wasn't.
But the A/V is not synchroniced. Or, in the
beginning of the movie the A/V synchronises just
fine but at ca. 50% the A/V the A/V aren't synchronised
any longer. I think maybe the movie goes a little bit
faster than the audio, but how can I fix it?

If anybody knows which program I should use, if
there is some program, can they please tell me
    then?

I also wonder if there is some other programs than
DVDx and FLASKmpeg I can use to convert DVD --> VCD?
But the program has to get the subtitle from the
    DVD to the VCD to.

    Plz help me.
    Thanx. Alex
