    Bad Quality?

I am using WinCoder to capture my video. I use their standard VCD Profile to capture. When I do this, I seem to very, very bad quality. I am pretty sure that it can be much better because when I rip a DVD, the VCD quality is excellent. Can someone explain this or give the VCD attributes so that I create a VCD pofile that wil look godd? Thanks.

It's been my experience that with any capture software, using the highest resolution possible (typically 704x480) and Uncompressed PCM sound yields the best final results...
