conversion (VOB to SVCD) stops at 80%

I have been trying to make a SVCD from Pirates of the Caribbean.

I use DVDDecrypter to copy the DVD to my harddrive. Then I use FlaskMPEG to convert the VOBs to SVCD format.
But encoding always stops between 76 - 80%.

What am I doing wrong?

As an alternative to FlaskMPEG, try using "DVD2AVI" and save the DVD as a "Project File" (.d2v) and then frameserve it to "TMPGEnc" or "TMPGEnc Plus". Use the SVCD template (NTSC or PAL) from the "Project Wizard" ("File" > "Project Wizard") to help you accomplish the task in TMPGEnc.
