ac3 to wav

i'm trying to convert ac3 to wav with ac3tool, but with all the settings that i've tried, i haven't been able to get good sound...
anyone know settings for ac3tool that'll produce a good wav file?

or can anyone direct me to a better ac3 to wav tool?
