better quality DVD->VCD or DVD->352 x 240/288?

    Using the latest besweet with belight, the audio seems to maintain it's volume. Maybe a little low, compared to using ffmpeggui though. I still use ffmpeggui all the time. It's fast, and reliable.
    Tmpgenc plus has always been faster than xpress. The price reflects that Both are still miles slower than Canopus Procoder, Mainconcept and CCE though.
    Doesn't matter what you use to transcode audio to AC3. All the free and cheaper audio tools will only do DD2.0 (2 chan stereo).
