What program to frame serve when using cce.

Anyone know what proggy to frame serve for cce? I need to resize the avi before encoding so it'll be standard compliant for vcd. If I need any plug-ins, please post a link.

Try wih XMpeg 4.2a and the VirtualDub plugin for XMpeg.

Set the aspect and the resize in the options for XMpeg, also, you should have to tell XMpeg how many frames have the video instead of simply "compile whole file".

Virtual Dub makes an avi fake that CCE will recognize.
