This is a question i´d like to know, too. Have the same problems and tried to solve it with TMPGenc but no useful results.
When demuxed and muxed to PAL the audio was far away from the same speed of the movie.

Please 2 newbies searchin´for answers. Where are the gurus ?

Thx in advance for any advise..

Use TMPGEnc for mpegs and select the appropriate template. Visit vcd-help.com guides and divx-digest.com for further information.

There ain't an easy way. I'm here looking for the same thing.

I've found that converting mpg to avi using Rad Tools, I can add/remove frames and successfully convert from NTSC to PAL.

But it's long process, and takes a considerable amount of HD space, over 40GB for 30min.
