how 2 convert .PCM to .WAV ???

I just demuxed a vob file using vobrator, and the soundfile had a .PCM name. I tought WAV was PCM, but i can't open it with SoundForge 5.0. How do i convert this file into WAV?
Please help.

If it's any help the VOB contains the menu of the dvd...

An audio editor such as GoldWave, CoolEdit, or similar, should be able to handle your needs...
