    VCd Convert

    i'm making a vcd and i wonder if i can set it higher then 1150

    I believe that you'll discover that as long as the sum of the video and audio bitrates equals 1,374Kbps, you'll be able to create a compliant VCD. You can exceed that total and possibly successfully creeate a non-compliant ("Non-Standard" in TMPGEnc) VCD.

    Of course, the proof is in the putting - meaning that you won't know if it's successful until you try to play it in a standalone player...
