trying to enhance a VCD
Hi,
I'm trying to enhance a VCD I bought. I have cut and joint them but at the end the sound is out of sync and the visual is blocky.
This what I have done:-
1. Convert VCD to MPEG using EO video
2. Extract the audio and video using virtualdub hence into AVI and WAV( uncompressed )
3. Edit, Cut and paste using Virtualdub.
4. Save the Final AVI with sound using Virtualdub.
At this point the sound is not sync and pic blocky.
