    How to re-encode a MPEG-2

    I got Jurassic.Park.3.Anamorphic.WS.DVDRip.SVCD-aXr but was bad coded. I talked with aXr and wasn't his fault. He suggest me to re-encode the MPGs to make them work. Which program should I use to do that please? I'm not a totally newbie, so fire it up!
