VCD converted file has no Audio please help

I did post this on DivX forum by mistake,

I have converted a DivX file to MPEG ( VCD) i used TMPG encoder and did follow the process, but the converted file has no Audio,
what did i do wrong?

Your DivX-compressed .AVI file probably contained either an AC3 audiostream or a Variable Bit Rate (VBR) .MP3 audiostream - neither of which will be accepted for processing by TMPGEnc (or similar)...

First you need to Decompress the audio.
I use the program avi2vcd.
