I got a few MPEG-1 files that have the pixel aspect set the wrong way. Most of them are videos with 320x240 resolution but don't have a 1:1 pixel aspect ratio set. I tried finding a tool that would allow me to change this. I think it is defined in sequence_header but I didn't find any tool that could fix these MPEG-1 files although I have found an MPEG-2 tool that could do this. Unfortunately, it won't take the MPEG-1 files.
