Multiplexing in TMPGenc

That is the video file: labyrinth of Flames.mpg (320x240; Mpeg2_2750 kb CBR)
That is the audio file: lof.mp3 (128 kb CBR)
Run......
That is the #$@ error message:
"434 s packets cause buffer underflow the MPEG file moght cause error when it played"
I encoded the video and audio file several times without problems but at time of multiplex the message appears.
why happens this?

Feel free to ignore the message, as your newly multiplexed file will undoubtedly play without problems...
