Hi,
I've been trying to create a SCVD in PAL using Xmpeg 4.5 and LSX Premiere plug in 1.5. When i look at the image i can see that is has lines on it (from the VOB NTSC itself) but it doesn't seem to matter which de-interlace I use, I can't get rid of them.
Plus, when I'm using LSX and select SVCD it always gives me a warning...
'Per the SVCD spec, video must be encoded interlaced when attempting to create svcd output.
You have selected to encode progressive video (no fields). Encode will continue, however, the video output stream......'
If I select MPEG2 with everything left alone there is no error message.
Can any body give me advice on what I am doing wrong and how I should convert a NTSC 4:3 video to SVCD in PAL or NTSC... using the above software.
Thanx
