DVD to SVCD... with which programs and how?

I saw a guide for this out there but I don't remember where

DVD2SVCD is THE software-a freeware. It is a one clik creation. At the end you will be left with a cue file ready to burn. Do not fall into the trap of oneclik commercial softwares.
