I am a nero man for burning audio cd's, don't burn many anymore tho, burnnn is free tho and if you don't have nero, is ok.
I usually went overboard with audio when I used to work on it, using some expensive professional programs.
For normalizing in batch files/folders I used mp3gain another free program.
Once I figured out how to cut the 2 second pause and crossfade with nero I was satisfied with my finished product.
