How to extract multiple audio tracks from DVD?

I have a custom made video DVD with one main menu and 23 music tracks on it. Each track has one still image that shows for the entire length of the track. All I want to do is extract the audio from each track so I can burn to standard CD and play in standard CD player.

The video is MPEG 2, Audio appears to be LPCM.

I’ve tried Nero Recode and a some other apps with no success. Conversion apps can't seem to recognize and extract the audio tracks, leaving me clueless.

Try to demux with PGCDemux.

Many thanks blutach! That is definitely doing the trick.
Is there a way to get all the tracks extracted in one pass. It seems I have do one at a time, rename it, then manually select the next one.
