Just finish encoding f@@st and the Fur@@us and I keep waiting to see the clowns. I get this itty bitty cars like you see at the circus. They are narrow and chop down. They suppose to be small but they are out of poportion!!
I'm encodeing with tmpg at a ntsc 352 x 240 @ 29.97fps cbr 1150kbps.
This isn't the only moive that has done this to me.
Just trying to find out if I can fix this.
